OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE
· All orders when placed with us are subject to payment before we will produce any artwork.
· No credit will be given to anyone unless the account has been setup with us first and will be subject to payment of the invoice within 28 days.
· Any extra artwork costs with regards to doing extra proofs will be charged at £3.00 per proof unless otherwise agreed.
· We as a company will only hold your company details on computer until you decide to you no longer wish to trade with us.
· By placing an order with us you will automatically agreed to us holding your information on file.
· We will do our best to pack items safely and securely , and breakages in transport must be reported to us straight away.
· If we do not give you the 100% service you expect then you will have the right to ask for a 100% refund.
· As we pride our service on customer service we ask that you treat our workers with the respect that you yourself would expect to receive when talking to us.
· We have the right to refuse any order that we are not happy dealing with and will notify you by email / telephone.
· Will have a duty by law to report any online abuse.
· We will not pass on your details to any third party unless it be to a credit agency for falling to settle an outstanding debt with us.
